How Does the Recruitment Process Work?
Just like baking cookies, our recruitment has a few key steps.
Submitting Your Resume
Every CV we receive is carefully reviewed. We treat each application with attention and care. Selected candidates are then contacted and invited to the next stage of our sweet recruitment journey.
Interview Stage
Time for a chat! The interview may take place at our headquarters or via video call. You’ll meet your future supervisor and a member of our recruitment team. We want to learn as much as possible about your experience and skills. At this stage, we may also ask you to complete a task. If all goes well, you’ll be invited to a follow-up interview with our Director and CEO.
Job Offer
If you successfully complete the interviews, we’ll be happy to extend a job offer. All other candidates will receive feedback regarding the outcome of the process.
Medical Check-Up
You’ll receive a referral for free medical examinations, which can be completed anywhere in Poland. Standard processing time is about a week. If you don’t already have valid sanitary-epidemiological clearance, this step may take up to three weeks.
Starting Your New Job
Time to begin your new career adventure! You’ll receive your onboarding plan about two days before your start date.
